Prices

All prices displayed throughout our website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.  Delivery charges are always stated separately.  

Although uncommon, errors may occur in the  pricing of products and/or delivery rates.  In such a situation we have the right to hold orders, update price and inform the customer also.

Online order confirmation

All orders placed on this website will subject to acceptance in accordance with these stated terms and conditions.

Following your order, you will receive an acknowledgement of order details and confirmation.  This does not amount to order acceptance from us.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon the dispatch of the products to you.

We may impose restrictions on the number of products that may be ordered or fulfilled. Orders are subject to the availability and discretion of the store. Quantities of good supplied upon ordering may be restricted if the order limits availability for other customers.

Delivery

The products are only being delivered in those regions which our couriers are capable of.  We will endeavour to dispatch and deliver ordered items within the specified time from indicated on your order confirmation.

Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the user and may lead to extra charges that will be redressed to the user.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods within a fixed time period. This “cooling-off” period gives you 14 days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day that the goods are received at the delivery address specified by you. During this time you are only required to inform us that you wish to cancel the order and you are not obliged to return the goods within the cooling-off period. However, they must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.

The direct cost of returns collections will be deducted from the total refund, and is £60 for most of the mainland UK, this may be higher in some circumstances. You will remain liable for the cost of any goods that are not returned or made available for collection. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied. For example there may be a loss in value as a result of unnecessary handling or use of the product by you, or if the goods are returned without original packaging, or if the goods are damaged by being returned with insufficient packaging.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please check that it meets with your approval within the cooling-off period. We do not normally accept returns of unwanted goods after this period has elapsed unless they are faulty.

Please call in advance before returning faulty items as it may be that we can rectify problems without the item being returned. If this is not possible, we will pay for faulty goods to be returned to our premises (UK only) and forwarded to you after repair, for a period of up to six months after you receive them. If goods returned during this period are found to be without faults, or if a fault is caused by damage or misuse, you may become responsible for paying our courier collection and subsequent re-delivery costs. If the fault is the result of damage or misuse, you will also be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement that you request. Misuse includes failing to take reasonable care of the product.

Faulty goods & Warranty

All our juicers are covered by our one year warranty on labour and parts, although we are confident in the quality of our machines that claims will rarely occur.

Please call in advance before returning faulty items as it may be that we can rectify problems without the item being returned. If this is not possible, we will pay for faulty goods to be returned to our premises (UK only) and forwarded to you after replacement/repair, for a period of up to six months after you receive them. If goods returned during this period are found to be without faults, or if a fault is caused by damage or misuse, you may become responsible for paying our collection and subsequent re-delivery costs. If the fault is the result of damage or misuse, you will also be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement that you request. Misuse includes failing to take reasonable care of the product.

After six months has elapsed from receipt of an order, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning faulty goods. If a fault is found to have occurred due to accidental damage, misuse or expected wear and tear then you may be liable for repair costs and informed of the cost of repair/replacement and return delivery. When payment is received, the goods will be returned to you. If the product has a manufacturing defect that is covered by guarantee we will assist in organizing warranty support.
